The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The vendor was informed early via email. A separate report via bugbounty was rejected with the reason "This is by design. The user is responsible for host security".

An inflation issue was discovered in Chia Network CAT1 Standard 1.0.0. Previously minted tokens minted on the Chia blockchain using the CAT1 standard can be inflated to an arbitrary extent by any holder of any amount of the token. The total amount of the token can be increased as high as the malicious actor pleases. This is true for every CAT1 on the Chia blockchain regardless of issuance rules. This attack is auditable on chain, so maliciously altered coins can potentially be marked by off-chain observers as malicious.

Backup file without encryption vulnerability is found in Hitachi ABB Power Grids System Data Manager – SDM600 allows attacker to gain access to sensitive information. This issue affects: Hitachi ABB Power Grids System Data Manager – SDM600 1.2 versions prior to FP2 HF6 (Build Nr. 1.2.14002.257).

Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the main dashboard of Ellipse APM versions allows an authenticated user or integrated application to inject malicious data into the application that can then be executed in a victim’s browser. This issue affects: Hitachi ABB Power Grids Ellipse APM 5.3 version 5.3.0.1 and prior versions; 5.2 version 5.2.0.3 and prior versions; 5.1 version 5.1.0.6 and prior versions.
