HAPI FHIR is a complete implementation of the HL7 FHIR standard for healthcare interoperability in Java. Prior to 6.9.10, org.hl7.fhir.utilities.XsltUtilities saxonTransform(...) overloads instantiated a bare net.sf.saxon.TransformerFactoryImpl() without ACCESS_EXTERNAL_DTD or ACCESS_EXTERNAL_STYLESHEET restrictions, allowing an attacker who controls or can tamper with transformed XML to trigger XML External Entity injection for local file disclosure and blind XXE or SSRF to arbitrary URLs reachable from the host. This issue is fixed in version 6.9.10.

HAPI FHIR is a complete implementation of the HL7 FHIR standard for healthcare interoperability in Java. Prior to version 6.9.4, the FHIR Validator HTTP service exposes an unauthenticated "/loadIG" endpoint that makes outbound HTTP requests to attacker-controlled URLs. Combined with a startsWith() URL prefix matching flaw in the credential provider (ManagedWebAccessUtils.getServer()), an attacker can steal authentication tokens (Bearer, Basic, API keys) configured for legitimate FHIR servers by registering a domain that prefix-matches a configured server URL. This issue has been patched in version 6.9.4.

The FuseDesk plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's 'fusedesk_newcase' shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 6.6.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

The package-decompression feature in HL7 (Health Level 7) FHIR Core Libraries before 5.6.106 allows attackers to copy arbitrary files to certain directories via directory traversal, if an allowed directory name is a substring of the directory name chosen by the attacker. NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2023-24057.

The URL Params WordPress plugin before 2.5 does not validate and escape some of its shortcode attributes before outputting them back in a page/post where the shortcode is embed, which could allow users with the contributor role and above to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks.

formula is a math and string formula parser. In versions prior to 3.0.1 crafted user-provided strings to formula's parser might lead to polynomial execution time and a denial of service. Users should upgrade to 3.0.1+. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.

HL7 (Health Level 7) FHIR Core Libraries before 5.6.92 allow attackers to extract files into arbitrary directories via directory traversal from a crafted ZIP or TGZ archive (for a prepackaged terminology cache, NPM package, or comparison archive).

Users of the HAPI FHIR Testpage Overlay 5.0.0 and below can use a specially crafted URL to exploit an XSS vulnerability in this module, allowing arbitrary JavaScript to be executed in the user's browser. The impact of this vulnerability is believed to be low, as this module is intended for testing and not believed to be widely used for any production purposes.

Nes is a websocket extension library for hapi. Hapi is a webserver framework. Versions below and including 6.4.0 have a denial of service vulnerability via an invalid Cookie header. This is only present when websocket authentication is set to `cookie`. Submitting an invalid cookie on the websocket upgrade request will cause the node process to error out.

hapi is a web and services application framework. When hapi >= 15.0.0 <= 16.1.0 encounters a malformed `accept-encoding` header an uncaught exception is thrown. This may cause hapi to crash or to hang the client connection until the timeout period is reached.

hoek node module before 4.2.0 and 5.0.x before 5.0.3 suffers from a Modification of Assumed-Immutable Data (MAID) vulnerability via 'merge' and 'applyToDefaults' functions, which allows a malicious user to modify the prototype of "Object" via __proto__, causing the addition or modification of an existing property that will exist on all objects.
