I really like the clickable endnotes so it may seem churlish to say that the ability to create such a single easy way to acess the notes rather detracts, to my mind, from the argument in favor of using endnotes rather than footnotes in the printed text.

The best of both worlds seems to be footnotes printed with a clickable link in place of endnotes.

But I shall probably carry on buying your books however you elect to author them !
