The state of mobile security

A Zimperium report revealed that in 2021 threats have impacted 10 million mobile devices in at least 214 countries, with mobile malware being the most prevalent threat, encountered by nearly 1 in 4 mobile endpoints.

Attackers have also shown an increasing sophistication in their methods for executing phishing attacks, with the percentage of phishing sites using HTTPS growing from less than 40% in 2019 to nearly 60% in 2021.
