CISA added CVE-2026-85046, a type confusion vulnerability in Google Chromium's V8 JavaScript engine, to the Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. The flaw allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code inside the browser sandbox via a crafted HTML page and affects Chromium-based browsers including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Opera.
