NextGen Healthcare Mirth Connect

CISA warns NextGen Healthcare Mirth Connect <=4.7.1 has SQL injection and XXE flaws enabling credential theft, file writes, and DoS.

CISA released advisory ICSMA-26-253-01 covering three vulnerabilities in NextGen Healthcare Mirth Connect versions 4.7.1 and earlier: SQL injection CVE-2026-82583 (CVSS 8.3), XXE CVE-2026-78224 (CVSS 8.2), and XXE CVE-2026-82578 (CVSS 7.5). Exploitation could expose stored credentials for connected systems, enable arbitrary file writes, and cause denial-of-service conditions. No public exploitation has been reported; the product is deployed worldwide in the Healthcare and Public Health sector.

Tycon Systems TPDIN-Monitor-WEB3

CISA reports three flaws (hard-coded credentials, CSRF, missing authorization) in Tycon TPDIN-Monitor-WEB3 <=2.2.9 enabling MitM, credential theft, or device resets.

CISA published ICSA-26-246-08 for Tycon Systems TPDIN-Monitor-WEB3 versions 2.2.9 and prior, covering CVE-2026-77847 (use of hard-coded credentials, CWE-798), CVE-2026-82712 (CSRF, CWE-352), and CVE-2026-82684 (missing authorization, CWE-862). Exploitation could enable man-in-the-middle attacks, factory resets, credential wiping, or extraction of system credentials, configurations, and flash contents; the CSRF issue scores CVSS 8.8. No public exploitation has been reported; CISA recommends isolating devices from business networks.

When scanners miss the attack: how Cloudflare Client-Side Security protects storefronts

Cloudflare's Page Shield ML uncovered four malicious JavaScript campaigns on storefronts, including affiliate fraud and a remote-backdoor script, that VirusTotal and URLScan missed.

Cloudflare's Page Shield ML detected four client-side JavaScript operations (eight payloads) in live traffic on online storefronts, enabling affiliate commission hijacking, clickless affiliate theft via hidden iframes, user tracking with a remote-code backdoor, and cloaking of paid mobile visitors. Seven of the eight payloads were absent from VirusTotal and URLScan returned no malicious verdict for any, including a Lnkr-family payload indexed unclassified for roughly 2.5 years. Detection relies on a graph neural network over JavaScript syntax trees, an LLM second opinion on Workers AI, and a frontier-model ensemble voting across benign, magecart, other malware, and cryptomining labels.

Shai-Hulud's Reach Just Grew to 469 Credential Locations. Here's What That Means

GitGuardian found the Shai-Hulud infostealer worm now scans 469 credential locations, including CI/CD and AI tool configs, expanding supply-chain risk.

GitGuardian researchers found that a recent Shai-Hulud worm variant scans for credentials across 469 locations in developer environments, CI/CD tooling, cloud configurations, and AI tool configs, up from 189 paths in earlier variants. The worm reuses stolen credentials to pivot from developer workstations to source code, cloud infrastructure, and package publishing channels, turning credential theft into forward-propagating supply chain attacks. The analysis urges defenders to prioritize removing long-lived package publishing tokens in favor of short-lived OIDC-based trusted publishing, citing recent Docker and GitHub Actions improvements.
