AI Company Lets Cops Pinpoint Specific Houses Based on a Single Interior Photo
Graylark's Raven lets police match one interior photo to a specific home using listing imagery.
Graylark Technologies' Raven, formerly GeoSpy, can point police from a single interior photo to a specific property by matching visual features to short-term rental and listing imagery, without image metadata. Demonstrations identified an Airbnb listing in Charlotte, a Vrbo listing in Montecito, and Zillow photos tied to a San Francisco address. The Los Angeles Police Department and Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office have bought access, including a Miami-Dade-specific model. Airbnb said it has no relationship with Graylark and that its terms prohibit scraping.
