Controversial spyware firm Paragon to go public by end of year
Spyware maker Paragon will go public by year-end via a REDLattice SPAC merger with Bold Eagle.
Spyware maker Paragon Solutions, owned by AE Industrial Partners and already combined with cyber-defense firm REDLattice, is set to go public through a SPAC deal with Bold Eagle Acquisition Corp. The companies reported $267 million in combined revenue for the year ended June, up 29% year over year, and expect to close around year-end and trade on Nasdaq under REDLattice. Paragon’s R&D remains in Israel. In January 2025, WhatsApp said Paragon’s Graphite spyware targeted about 90 users, including journalists and civil-society members.
