Agents perform detection, triage, investigation, and reporting under configurable human oversight and audit trails, while existing systems of record remain in place. Its FinCrime Frontier 2026–27 report says only 4.7% of institutions continuously update monitoring and 76.3% still review alerts manually or with partial automation. The company claims customer results of up to 80% fewer false positives, 70% faster case resolution, and a sixfold rise in investigator productivity.
