Miami-based doxx.net raised $38 million in a Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, with Animo Ventures and Focal participating. Founded in 2025 by Barrett Lyon, the company simultaneously opened the beta of Agentic Defined Networking, a private network meant to give people and AI agents defined connectivity and built-in blocking of malicious destinations, malware, and phishing sites. ADN uses serverless peer-to-peer communication, its own DNS root, certificate authority, IP space, and 196 custom TLDs, and claims to have blocked more than 38 million threats since December 2025. Native apps cover iOS, macOS, and Android, with Windows and Linux support.
