Palm Beach woman Lindsey Isaacs spent 13 days in jail, including solitary, after Flock ALPR data wrongly linked her car to a deadly crash.
Florida Highway Patrol used a single Flock ALPR sighting of Lindsey Isaacs' undamaged black Dodge Durango, recorded miles from a fatal crash witnesses said involved a maroon Durango, to charge her with eight felonies including three counts of vehicular homicide. She was held about 13 days, including 86 consecutive hours in solitary confinement, before her attorney showed the court photos proving her car had no damage. Florida dropped all charges in May 2026, another woman was later arrested, and Isaacs testified before the US Senate about ALPR-driven wrongful arrest.
