Huntress + AlgaPSA Integration: Built in Days by Nine Minds
Nine Minds shipped an AlgaPSA integration that turns Huntress incident reports into tickets using the public API.
Huntress says its API has grown from six read-only endpoints into an integration platform with webhooks and an MCP server. Nine Minds, founded by former ConnectWise executives Robert Isaacs and Arnie Bellini, used public documentation to ship a Huntress integration for AlgaPSA in a few days. When the Huntress SOC publishes an incident, AlgaPSA opens a ticket, maps severity to priority, and can close it when the incident closes. The feature requires AlgaPSA Enterprise or Pro, polls every one to 60 minutes, and more than 100 MSPs use the PSA.
