Viral AI agent Instinct raises $1B Series C at a $10B valuation
AI agent startup Instinct raised a $1B Series C from Sequoia, Benchmark and Coatue at a $10B valuation, a month after its $2.5B round.
Instinct, which launched its invite-only consumer AI agent in August 2026, raised a $1 billion Series C at a $10 billion valuation from Sequoia Capital, Benchmark Capital and Coatue, just one month after a $2.5 billion round. The agent performs real-world tasks like booking travel, paying bills and canceling subscriptions using its own phone number and computer, and recently added a concierge calling feature and a trusted person network. It faces competition from Meta's Muse assistant, which tops U.S. app stores with millions of downloads. Users have raised privacy concerns about the personal information such agents require, and Instinct has updated an initially overreaching privacy policy.
