Cyera Raises $400 Million at $12+ Billion Valuation
Data security firm Cyera raised $400 million, lifting its valuation above $12 billion.
Data security company Cyera raised an additional $400 million from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, an extension of the Series G round announced in June, valuing the company at more than $12 billion. Cyera has raised over $2.7 billion in total and says it has more than 1,500 employees, with solutions used by 20% of Fortune 500 companies. Its agentless platform unifies DSPM, DLP, and identity access governance and adds controls for LLM inputs, training data, and AI workflows. In late July, Cyera acquired agentic access management provider Oasis Security in a $1 billion deal.
