Recorded Future Introduces AI Infrastructure Indicator Lists, Strengthening AI Governance
Recorded Future launched indicator lists so security teams can monitor and control AI infrastructure traffic.
Recorded Future announced AI Infrastructure Indicator Lists, curated IP, CIDR, and domain datasets included for customers with a Cyber Operations license to monitor AI-related traffic. Two feeds cover general AI tools and Chinese-domiciled AI infrastructure, including assistants, coding tools, search, media tools, and autonomous agents, each with risk scores and service attribution. The company positions the lists for shadow-AI discovery, vendor policy, data-loss prevention, and data-sovereignty checks, and recommends DNS or SNI domain filtering rather than IP-only blocks. It cites unsanctioned tools such as OpenClaw and estimates that by 2027 about 75% of employees may adopt technology outside IT governance.
