New Relic announced Ground Truth CLI, paired with the Autopilot API, to put incident investigation and recovery checks in the terminal. The tool connects to Autopilot, NerdGraph, and memory APIs so humans and AI agents can inspect telemetry, evaluate whether a service recovered, and keep evidence for handoff. New Relic framed it as headless observability for developers who do not want to leave their workflow for dashboards.
