A week with RTX Spark: everything we’ve learned using Nvidia’s new laptops
The Verge tested Nvidia's Arm RTX Spark N1X laptops for local AI, apps, and gaming.
The Verge spent a week with Nvidia RTX Spark laptops built on the Arm-based N1X, which combines 20 CPU cores, 6,144 CUDA cores, and up to 128GB of unified memory for local AI and content work. Tested machines included Microsoft's Surface Laptop Ultra, Asus ProArt P16, Lenovo Yoga 9n, and HP OmniBook Ultra, priced from about $2,600 to $6,999. Writers found Windows on Arm apps generally usable, while gaming often held near 60fps at medium settings with DLSS but struggled in CPU-bound titles.
