Apple is paying $250 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it failed to deliver promised AI-upgraded Siri features with the iPhone 16 launch. Eligible US customers who purchased iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or iPhone 16 models between June 2024 and March 2025 can now submit claims for estimated payouts of $25-95 per device.
