Meta puts its AI assistant on a keychain
Meta is putting its Muse assistant on glasses and announced new Ray-Ban and VR hardware.
Meta said its Muse assistant will reach its smart glasses and announced camera-free audio-only Ray-Bans, new frames with EssilorLuxottica, and VR glasses due next spring for $1,300 that are five times lighter than Quest 3. Wearers will use hyper-realistic avatars on video calls because the glasses cannot film the user's face. Meta has already patched a vulnerability that could let someone take control of another person's Muse agent, and Amazon has blocked Meta's agents from its shopping platform.
