Checkmarx launches Triage & Remediation Assist, an AI feature in Checkmarx One that assesses SAST/SCA finding reachability and generates suggested code fixes.
Checkmarx introduced Triage & Remediation Assist for Checkmarx One, combining Triage Assist, Remediation Assist, and Risk Orchestration to close the gap between detection and approved fixes. Triage Assist evaluates eligible SAST findings for reachability, exploitability, and mitigation, setting states like Confirmed or Proposed Not Exploitable, while Remediation Assist generates suggested code changes that engineers must review. Triage decisions propagate to identical findings via Similarity ID or Attack Vector ID, applying retroactively for SAST but not SCA results, and manual AI triage controls are currently limited to SAST risks.
