New role-specific learning paths have been added for developers, leaders, educators, and college students, complementing the existing 'Apply AI at Work' pathway, which covers reusable workflows, agents, and human review. Developer courses address Codex, the OpenAI API, evaluations, agents, retrieval, and production operations; leadership training focuses on value, ownership, governance, and an adoption roadmap; and educator and student courses emphasize reviewing ChatGPT output against real materials. Learners who pass a course assessment earn an OpenAI Academy badge, and organizations receive a deployment guide.
