Didier Stevens reported YARA-X 1.22.0 on the SANS Internet Storm Center diary, describing 11 improvements and 9 bugfixes. One improvement adds built-in functions that read 64-bit integers: int64, int64be, uint64, and uint64be. On October 31 he reported YARA-X 1.22.1 as a bugfix release with two fixes; the diary does not name those bugs. He also notes a separate YARA 4.6.0 release that does not include those YARA-X 64-bit readers, and writes that this shows YARA-X has replaced YARA.
