Access-rules bypass in OpenStack keystonemiddleware before 13.0.2
OpenStack keystonemiddleware before 13.0.2 mishandles a custom X-Service-Token header. Anyone who already holds an access-restricted application credential can send that header over the network, without user interaction, and bypass the credential’s access rules. The result is privilege elevation. Deployments running those keystonemiddleware versions are affected.
What to do: Upgrade OpenStack keystonemiddleware to 13.0.2.

In OpenStack keystonemiddleware before 13.0.2, by supplying a custom X-Service-Token header in a request, anyone in possession of an access-restricted application credential may bypass those restrictions resulting in elevation of privileges.
