NVIDIA describes the Nordics as a European compute hub, with roughly 1 gigawatt of AI-cloud capacity projected by the end of 2027 across providers including CoreWeave, Crusoe, and Nscale. A Swedish consortium including Ericsson, AstraZeneca, Saab, SEB, and Wallenberg Investments launched Sferical One on two NVIDIA DGX SuperPODs with 1,152 GPUs. Spotify, ABB, Elisa, and several startups are using NVIDIA inference software, simulation tools, and Nemotron models.

Laplace Intelligence pitches simulation-based AI red-teaming for robots and self-driving cars before real-world deployment.

Ann Arbor startup Laplace Intelligence is building automated red-teaming for robotics and autonomous vehicles, using high-fidelity simulation to find failures before deployment. Founders Howie Sun and Henry Liu spun the company out of University of Michigan research, including a 2023 Nature paper on challenging driving AI in simulation. The product pairs a post-trained NVIDIA Cosmos world model with agents that generate corner cases from sources such as news and police reports. Laplace reports project revenue from Bot Auto, NVIDIA, and a major Japanese automaker, plus early humanoid-robotics work, and is competing at TechCrunch Disrupt to raise funding.

From Earth to Orbit, France’s Ecosystem Delivers Agentic Computing at Scale With NVIDIA

NVIDIA highlights French firms deploying agentic AI, from an orbital Jetson satellite to Nemotron tools and Mistral Large 4.

NVIDIA said French companies are deploying agentic computing on its stack across space, finance, government, and research. Bull plans European production of Vera Rubin Ultra NVL72 systems for 2028, and the Altair-1 satellite, integrated by Loft Orbital, flies Jetson AGX Orin modules running Mistral models. LINAGORA and Docaposte secured the CANUT agreement so Nemotron-based Twake.ai is the referenced sovereign workplace for more than 2,500 public organizations. Mistral also placed open-weight Mistral Large 4 into private preview for cyber defense, manufacturing, finance, and multimodal tasks.

At AI Day Singapore, NVIDIA and Partners Showcase AI Advancements Across Southeast Asia

NVIDIA and Southeast Asian partners showcased Nemotron, Cosmos, and public-sector AI at AI Day Singapore.

At AI Day Singapore on September 22-23, NVIDIA and regional partners described production use of Nemotron open models, NeMo tools, Cosmos world models, and the video search and summarization blueprint. Singapore's HTX is researching Nemotron 3 Super and Nemotron 3 Nano Omni for public safety, while NCS and ST Engineering are building agentic systems. YTL AI Labs and Viettel AI are fine-tuning Nemotron, and Thailand's iApp released a Thai legal adaptation that powers the Thanoy chatbot for about 43,000 users. AI Singapore is adding Nemotron to SEA-LION, and ITMAX and AS-TECH are applying Cosmos with VSS to city traffic and airports.
