Hearing tech startup Legato launches its AI hearing glasses
Legato launched $999 AI hearing glasses that amplify speech and suppress noise on device.
Hearing startup Legato said its Legato Frames glasses are now for sale from $999 for adults with up to moderate hearing loss. The company says on-device AI separates voices from background noise, with no cameras or recording, and a dual-speaker design that cuts escaping sound by 99% within a few inches. The 34-gram frames offer 10 to 12 hours of battery life, prescription lenses, and Bluetooth streaming. Founded in 2024 by former Bose executives Mehul Trivedi and Steve Romine, Legato recently raised $12 million.
