EmDash uses Clef to moderate the plugin registry
EmDash now screens plugin listings with Cloudflare's Clef model before they appear in its catalog.
EmDash now screens every listing in its AT Protocol plugin registry with Cloudflare's Clef decision model before the listing can appear in the catalog. Clef scores metadata, links, icons, and screenshots for phishing, impersonation, scams, offensive content, and moderation evasion, and a probability of 0.45 or higher is sent to a human; the model cannot block a plugin alone. On 21 public text fixtures repeated three times, Clef made the expected pass-or-review decision in all 63 runs, with p95 text-moderation latency of 1.64 seconds. It also passed all 37 live plugin profiles and 43 listing images, while a model called Jev underperformed the prior baseline.
