Instagram is adding an AI ‘assistant’ to tell you how to post
Instagram's Edits app adds a free AI assistant that advises creators using their account metrics.
Meta said Instagram's standalone Edits app now includes an AI creative assistant that reads a creator's Instagram metrics, including likes, views, retention, and shares. Creators can ask what is trending, why a video performed, and request ideas for hooks, captions, audio, and scripts. Basic use is free, while Meta said heavy users can buy a Meta One subscription for more usage. YouTube recently expanded a similar AI dashboard for creator analytics.
