Finnish AI cloud company Verda raised $189 million in Series B funding and became a European unicorn.
Verda, a Finnish AI cloud company, raised $189 million in an oversubscribed Series B led by Emergence Capital and became a European unicorn. Total funding now exceeds $450 million across equity and debt. It reported a $165 million annualized revenue run rate in July 2026 and more than 250 employees, with workloads from Aleph Alpha, Magnific, and Epsilon Health. Verda plans more than 250 MW of capacity in 2027 and early NVIDIA VR200 NVL72 deployments.
