A study by the Institute for Strategic Dialogue and the AI Security Institute identified 181 nudify websites receiving 40 million unique monthly visitors. In the US, the TAKE IT DOWN Act lets victims request platform removal within 48 hours, while the EU is criminalizing AI-generated NCII via a new directive.
