Securing the Mission at Machine Speed: Wiz AI Agents Arrive in Wiz for Gov

Wiz makes its AI security agents available in FedRAMP High Wiz for Gov for U.S. agencies.

Wiz announced that its AI Agents are available in Wiz for Gov, its FedRAMP High environment for U.S. public-sector customers. The Green Agent drafts developer remediation and pull requests, the Blue Agent triages Wiz Defend alerts, and the Red Agent maps runtime attack paths. Agents use Security Graph context and can be limited to human-approved changes. Wiz says this is the first AI application protection platform offered for sensitive U.S. government workloads.

Wiz launched AI SAST in public preview to find code flaws traditional scanners miss.

Wiz released Wiz AI SAST as a public preview for Wiz Code customers, using AI to find application weaknesses that rules-based scanners often miss. The product is powered by the Atlas harness, which Wiz said ranked first on CyberGym at its July 2026 launch and previously uncovered more than 200 vulnerabilities in widely used open-source software. Findings are correlated with production exposure on the Wiz Security Graph, repositories are prioritized with Mika AI, and retesting plus semantic deduplication keep results stable across scans. Wiz said it continuously benchmarks models, including cyber models available through a Google DeepMind partnership.

Wiz said Forrester named it a Leader in The Forrester Wave for Proactive Security Platforms, Q3 2026. Wiz reported the highest score, 5.0 of 5.0, on eight of 21 criteria, including cloud and application visibility, exposure validation, and remediation decisioning. It said it was the only evaluated vendor to earn 5.0 on cloud visibility, application visibility, and remediation augmentation, and used the result to promote its continuous threat exposure management platform.
