Simon Willison released llm-openai-decisions 0.1a0, a plugin for OpenAI's new Decisions API.
Simon Willison released llm-openai-decisions 0.1a0, an llm CLI plugin for OpenAI's new Jev-style Decisions API announced at DevDay. He had GPT-6 Astra read the API docs and build the plugin, modeled on his existing llm-typesafe plugin for Jev. The gpt-6-luna decision model accepts images as well as text. OpenAI charges 10 cents per million input tokens and nothing for output, compared with Jev at 4.2 cents per million input tokens. Jev supports yes/no, choice, and score questions; OpenAI's API is conceptually similar.
- Alpha plugin llm-openai-decisions 0.1a0 wraps OpenAI's Decisions API.

- gpt-6-luna accepts image input as well as text.
- OpenAI charges 10 cents per million input tokens; output is free.
- Jev charges 4.2 cents per million input tokens for a similar API.
Release: llm-openai-decisions 0.1a0 OpenAI released their new Jev-style Decisions API , as previously announced at last week's DevDay. Unlike Jev, the new gpt-6-luna decision model supports image input in addition to text. Both models charge for input it and not for output: OpenAI's is 10 cents per million input tokens, Jev's is 4.2 cents per million. Otherwise the API shape is very similar to Jev, at least conceptually. Jev supports three question types for yes/no, choices, or scores. OpenAI Decisions…
