President Zelensky said Russia has expanded strikes to Ukrainian data centres and internet providers to disrupt civilian connectivity. A drone hit Kyiv's Inkom business centre, killing four and damaging a Datagroup site that the company said was still serving customers from backups; Russia claimed the site supported military intelligence. About 100,000 households lost internet earlier in the week, and Moscow said it also struck New-Telco, United DC, Kyivstar, and Parkovyi. Separately, Polish prosecutors opened an arson inquiry into a Starlink station, saying the attackers may have acted for Russian special services.
