Google’s new ‘CC’ is an AI agent that helps families run their households
Google relaunched its CC AI agent to help families manage schedules, tasks, and household planning via email, calendar, and shared lists.
Google is testing a family-focused update of CC, an AI agent coordinating email, calendar, chats, and tasks for up to six family members, handling permission slips, shopping lists, meal plans, and automatic calendar entries. CC runs on an isolated cloud computer powered by Gemini and Google's Antigravity agentic harness, with its own account and per-user sharing permissions. The experiment is limited to US users 18 and older with personal Gmail accounts; existing users receive invitations and new users can join a waitlist.
