Command-line tool quickly removes Apple Intelligence from macOS 27
An open-source CLI removes Apple Intelligence from macOS 27 without disabling System Integrity Protection.
RemoveMacAI, an open-source command-line tool with about 1,700 GitHub stars, removes Apple Intelligence from macOS 27 using a user-approved configuration profile and Apple's asset service. System Integrity Protection remains enabled and files under /System are not edited directly. The revert command deletes the profile so macOS downloads the models again when a feature is turned back on. The developer says selected Apple Intelligence features can be removed while others are kept.
