No public proof-of-concept code was observed at the time of publication.
VU#889462: Casdoor authentication server is vulnerable to authorization bypass
Casdoor IAM versions 3.115.0 and earlier allow organization admins to bypass tenant isolation through inconsistent authorization checks, tracked as CVE-2026-15630.
CERT/CC published VU#889462 describing an authorization bypass in Casdoor, an open-source access management platform, affecting versions 3.115.0 and earlier. The flaw (CVE-2026-15630) stems from controllers ignoring the ?id= query parameter used for authorization decisions and acting on JSON body fields instead, letting a single-organization administrator perform unauthorized administrative actions against arbitrary organizations in multi-tenant deployments. Impact can escalate to complete tenant-isolation compromise and potential compromise of the entire Casdoor instance, including SSO/SAML disruption. No vendor patch is available because researchers could not reach Casdoor; mitigations include least privilege, MFA for admin accounts, and alerting on cross-organization administrative activity.

FortiPAM Chrome Extension Vulnerability Lets Malicious Sites Control Browser Proxy and Record Tabs
Fortinet patched CVE-2026-84388 (CVSS 9.1) in its FortiPAM Chrome extension, letting malicious websites alter proxy settings, open tabs and record sessions.
The Fortinet FortiPAM Chrome extension flaw (CVE-2026-84388, CVSS 9.1) lets attacker-controlled domains be trusted as FortiPAM servers because a webRequest listener adds requested hostnames without verifying the initiator. A second issue exposes the extension's message interface to all URLs and accepts non-JWT tokens without validation, enabling unauthenticated session launches, proxy manipulation, tab control and recording; the consent dialog can also be bypassed via shadow-root clicks. Fortinet issued advisory FG-IR-26-168 after a July 17 report and released a fix on August 1, 2026, with no confirmed exploitation in the wild.

AWS Systems Manager Agent Vulnerability Allows Attackers to Bypass Port-Forwarding Restrictions
Critical SSRF flaw in AWS SSM Agent (CVE-2026-89049) lets authenticated users bypass link-local denylists and reach EC2 Instance Metadata Service for IAM credentials.
CVE-2026-89049 (Critical, CVSS v3.1 AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:H) affects Amazon SSM Agent versions earlier than 3.3.4851.0, with the fix shipping in 3.3.4851.0. The remote-host port-forwarding feature's denylist for link-local addresses can be bypassed because equivalent address representations are not validated, enabling SSRF to restricted endpoints such as the EC2 Instance Metadata Service at 169.254.169.254. An attacker with authenticated AWS access and ssm:StartSession permission could retrieve instance profile IAM credentials and pivot to S3, Secrets Manager, Lambda, or other cloud resources depending on role permissions.

Windows 11’s strongest security defenses can be bypassed without a screwdriver
Researchers found a script-only attack, 'Download More RAM', that rewrites DIMM configuration chips to bypass Windows 11 VBS and HVCI security boundaries.
Researchers at the University of Birmingham and Durham University showed that overwriting configuration data on unprotected DDR4/DDR5 module chips creates memory aliases that let attackers with existing privileged access defeat Virtualisation-based Security and HVCI, re-enable blocklisted drivers, kill EDR, and bypass group policy. Microsoft assigned CVE-2026-23670 and shipped mitigations in its April 2026 updates; systems with Secure Boot enabled are protected. Affected unprotected product lines are estimated at more than half of the high-performance consumer memory market and over 70% of the gaming segment.
