Exploitation is confirmed in the wild: the flaw is in CISA KEV with known ransomware use, Rapid7 reported broad attacker interest, North Korea's Lazarus Group used it to deploy QuiteRAT, and Iranian government-backed actors have targeted U.S. energy and transit-sector organizations. | CVE-2023-36845 | Unauthenticated RCE in Juniper J-Web on EX and SRX Series A PHP external variable modification flaw (CVE-2023-36845) in the J-Web web management interface of Juniper Networks Junos OS on EX Series switches and SRX Series firewalls allows an unauthenticated, network-based attacker to remotely execute code. By sending a crafted request that sets the PHPRC variable, the attacker modifies the PHP execution environment to inject and execute code, gaining full control of the device with high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CVSS 9.8). | CVE-2023-38035 | Authentication Bypass in Ivanti Sentry (MobileIron Sentry) Admin Interface Ivanti Sentry, formerly known as MobileIron Sentry, contains an authentication bypass (CWE-863) caused by an insufficiently restrictive Apache HTTPD configuration on the product's administrative interface. | CVE-2023-38831 | Code Execution in RARLAB WinRAR via Crafted ZIP File/Folder Name Confusion RARLAB WinRAR before 6.23 mishandles ZIP archives that contain a benign file (such as a JPG) alongside a folder with the same name, causing the folder's contents - which can include malicious executable files - to be processed when the user merely attempts to view the benign file.
